Santiago Luna returns to the label with a collaboration with Martin Huge, whom we hear from first in the label. And as we welcome Martin Huge into the label, the duet expresses a marvelous work with ‘Himmel.’ A production which lead the listener with the synth melodies and contrasts that it creates. Himmel makes us dance, makes us dream, and allows us to feel what it is like to be in heaven. The intricate synth melodies and the bass pressure mix into an atmosphere of strong dancing and peaceful relaxing at different times. These shifts of energy are done gracefully and are perfectly timed with the effects and clean drum selection throughout. A true marvel to witness.In homage to the great ‘Himmel,’ VMBRA returns to the label with an astonishing remix. From the beginning we perceive the voices, piano notes and synth plays that characterize the song, but the sound does not cease to surprise us with its rhythm and its solid drumline. The synthesizers evolve and lead into the heart of the heavenly track. At one time the sound anchors the listener and at
others creates tension which are then released into breaks or drops. A real shifting of energies that reprise the original with short and perfectly timed melodic elements.
